Parisa is very friendly host, she answers almost immediately, the apartment was clean. I traveled with my dog and she left for them some nice treats even she left for them bowls for food and for water. The apartment 2 min awy from I 95. It has nice backyard ( my dogs like it so much) I definitely recommend the apartment for everyone

Parisa was such a wonderful host. She greeted us upon arrival and was the sweetest airbnb host we have ever met. The space itself was immaculate and had every single thing we needed! This was a last minute booking after being wronged by another host but this worth the price and would definitely be staying here again. For a short time, we felt right at home and I would give this listing 10/10

We as a family of 3 had a very good few days at Parisa's place in Brickell. The house was very comfortable and Parisa was an amazing host, responding quickly and kindly to all our requests.

This would’ve been a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the main issue. We arrived late at night due to a flight delay, and check-in was very easy, which we appreciated. At first the place looked nice, but when we opened the bathroom door we discovered that a large portion of the ceiling had collapsed, apparently due to water damage. There was a pile of broken tiles and rotten wood in the middle of the bathroom, and the shower and toilet were damaged as well. The bathroom was completely unusable and unsafe, as the collapse could have happened while someone was inside. So, we were unable to use the bathroom or shower after a long trip, which was very frustrating.
